Terms of Engagment

We are committed to providing fair and transparent services to our valued service users. Our dedication to integrity and accountability underscores everything we do, ensuring that your experience with us is founded on trust and clarity. As part of our commitment to transparency, we provide the following general terms and conditions for engaging with our services.

By engaging with ADHD Complete LTD, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Accurate information
You commit to providing honest and complete information for the purposes of your assessment.

Notification of changes
You must promptly inform us of any significant changes in your medical, mental health, or social circumstances during the assessment process.

Assessment flexibility
We perform a comprehensive assessment and may request additional information or investigations if clinically necessary. This may delay the final report.

Scope of assessment
Your purchase covers the diagnostic pathway for ADHD, Autism, or both, as chosen. We take a holistic approach, considering other possible contributing factors, though we do not issue diagnoses outside the agreed scope.

No guarantee of diagnosis
Payment is for the assessment and diagnostic consideration—not for a guaranteed diagnosis. If no diagnosis is reached, your report will explain why and include suggestions for further support or investigation.

Appointment responsibility
You are responsible for attending your booked consultation. Failure to attend will result in forfeiture of the assessment fee and may not be eligible for a refund. If you need to reschedule, please contact ADHD Complete LTD at contact@ADHDComplete.com as early as possible. At least 48 hours' notice is required to rearrange your appointment without incurring additional charges. Appointment reminders will be sent by ADHD Complete LTD 24 hours and 2 hours before your scheduled consultation.

Refund eligibility
If you withdraw or breach these terms, you will not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise agreed in writing by ADHD Complete LTD management.

Eligibility criteria
You must meet our service requirements (e.g. age, residency, digital access, and consent). Annual reviews or ongoing treatment are not included.

Privacy and data protection
All personal data is handled according to GDPR and our Privacy Policy, including unaccepted referral information.

Online service only
All consultations are conducted online. If you are in crisis, please seek help via 111, 999, or your local mental health services.

Third-party correspondence
If you book on behalf of someone else, you confirm that they are aware of the referral, consent to the assessment, and are legally represented where required (for example, a parent or guardian for those under 18).

English language and engagement
The person being assessed must be able to participate meaningfully in the video consultation in English, with support if needed.

Force majeure
ADHD Complete LTD is not liable for delays or disruption caused by events outside our control, such as technical failures, illness, emergencies, or severe weather.

Recording policy
Audio or video recording of clinical consultations is not permitted. Clinicians are not to be recorded without their explicit consent.

Honest engagement
Services are provided on the understanding that all engagement is genuine and for the purpose of seeking a neurodevelopmental assessment. Misuse of the service for investigation, misrepresentation, or non-clinical purposes is not permitted and will result in withdrawal from service with no refund.

Refund Policy:

Our assessment fee is non-refundable once booked. A refund may be considered at the managements discretion only if we are able to reallocate your appointment slot with reasonable notice.
